Formed in 2020 by Soner Bekir, Bekir Holding BV was originally the vehicle used to hold 60% of the shares in the start-up company Infratects BV. As Infratects BV grew and developed, ultimately becoming a multinational group and merging with Sucaba AB in order to form inlumi Group, Bekir Holding BV remained the parent company of all ventures started or participated in by Soner Bekir.

Following the successful sale of inlumi Group in 2021 to a combination of the existing management team and Nimbus (a Dutch PE Group), Bekir Holding is now focused on making investments in sustainable tech or innovation start-ups and real-estate.

We are especially interested in any opportunities in the Netherlands and the EU.
